Fergus

Fergus runs a growth operating business where he grows influencers followings and helps them monetize their audience better.

In the run up to launching new products for clients he would take the top performing videos from his clients pages, download, filter, transcribe and rewrite them to use them as new content.

This would take 2-3 days each time.

With his input I built him a solution that does this within a few hours with next to no input, click a few buttons and it runs in the background

Billy

Billy runs a cold email marketing agency, where he uses cold email to get clients, using smartlead.

He wanted to automate the pausing of a lead within a sequence when the lead booked a meeting.

I came in as a consultant to help Billy with this, using the API docs of smartlead and building a simple automation in Make.com I was able to automate this and automate the updated labeling of a lead within Close CRM.

While this is a smaller scale automation it was one that is important so that Billys leads didnt get anymore emails from the sequence and it keeps Billy focused on the important stuff
